2IC Grounds Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grounds Team Leader to act as 2IC to the Property Services & Facility Manager, overseeing the day-to-day care and presentation of our College grounds.

This hands-on leadership role will coordinate a small team to ensure the campus grounds and outdoor spaces are safe, functional and well-maintained. From landscaping and irrigation to rubbish removal and oval care, you will take pride in creating an environment the whole College community can enjoy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations of the grounds team.
• Overseeing landscaping, garden and oval maintenance.
• Managing and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Coordinating rubbish removal and general grounds presentation.
• Allocating and supervising tasks for team members.
• Working in conjunction with the Property Services & Facility Manager to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
• Supporting compliance with WHS and College standards.
