Students come from all over the Northern Territory, and from other parts of Australia, to board at Yirara College.

Students have the opportunity to participate in many enrichment programs including sport and recreational activities, both on and off the campus. A diverse life-skills program helps students become confident, respectful resilient and proud young people.

Dedicated boarding staff, known as House Parents, work closely with student to ensure they are safe, happy, connected and nurtured in their spiritual growth.

The Yirara College boarding experience, together with the academic program, challenges students to become stronger young people, equipped with skills and values to be contributing members of a community, with a greater ability to engage with their future.
